Situations where nursing care may be required are:

• Extended Rehabilitation – significant support following health events such as stroke

• Self-Care or Family Care – When specific nursing tasks are expected to be performed by you or a family member, but without the ability or comfort to perform the required tasks

• Chronic Conditions – Where long term care needs include nursing tasks such as catheter care.

• Post Hospital discharge. You might still require nursing support after discharge, to get you fully back on your feet.
